Reservation deposits are arranged personally through Zelle; they are informational here and are never charged or calculated by this website.

The 2:00 PM cutoff is exact: 1:59 PM is before 2:00 PM, and 2:00 PM is at or after 2:00 PM. This policy explains the estimate; final pricing is confirmed personally.

Does submitting a request confirm the stay?+
Not yet. I personally review your dates and your dog’s needs, then arrange a Meet & Greet when it looks like a good fit. A stay is confirmed only after we both agree and the Zelle reservation deposit is received.
What is the booking deposit and cancellation policy?+
A reservation deposit secures each stay: $20 for stays of 7 days or less, or $80 for stays longer than 7 days. It applies to your final balance. Cancel at least 7 days before check-in and the deposit may transfer to another available date. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How are arrival and departure days priced?+
