Privacy policy

We collect only the contact, pet health, behavior, and routine information needed to evaluate, arrange, and provide pet care.

Service providers

Supabase stores requests, Resend delivers email, Calendly handles scheduling after you choose to load it, and Cloudflare Turnstile prevents abuse. Each provider processes necessary data under its own privacy terms.

Retention

Unconfirmed, declined, or archived requests are automatically deleted after 90 days. Accepted-care records may be retained longer for safety, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Boutique bag

Product selections (items, options, quantities, and notes) may be saved in your browser’s localStorage so you can continue later. Owner and pet personal information is never stored there. When you submit a boarding request, selections are stored securely with it and follow the same retention period.
