How boutique ordering works
Choose what your dog will love—then we’ll confirm it personally.

Add to bag
Add items to your boutique bag. There is no online checkout or payment.

Add to your boarding request—or message us
Include your selections with a boarding request, or order by text or WeChat.

Receive a personal order confirmation
In-stock items do not need a deposit. Pre-order or personalized items require a $5–$15 offline reservation deposit, depending on the item and customization.

Pick up and pay the remaining balance
Pick up at boarding drop-off, pickup, or a scheduled appointment. Pay the remaining product balance at pickup; boarding and product balances may be paid together.
Payment
Pay at dog drop-off or pickup, or add the item to your boarding invoice. We never collect online payment.
Delivery & Pickup
Owner pickup only—no shipping or delivery. Schedule pickup or collect during boarding drop-off/pickup. Payment is due at pickup. Boarding clients receive priority pickup.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused, undamaged, resellable items may be returned or exchanged. Personalized items are final unless defective.
A thank-you for every stay
Boarding Rewards
Stays of 7+ nights receive one free eligible item up to $15. First-time boarding clients receive one free welcome item up to $10. Choose any reward-eligible product from the shop and mention it in your request.
